Window cleaning prices vary from location to location, but typically start at $100 as a minimum charge for any service provided by E & P. 

Factors include:

• how long it has been since your previous (if any) professional window cleaning
• the number of windows you would like to clean
• what are the types of windows that you would like cleaned 
• also depends on the layout of your property (uneven set ups, trees, bushes and various obstacles ...)

Yes, all windows are always included, unless we agree otherwise.

Cleaning glass, frames, tracks. Screens are included for interior window cleaning. 

Any other requirements (window openings, deep cleaning of screens or frames etc.) are charged extra.

To maintain the quality of the windows, we recommend our customers to wash the windows twice a year or on the basis of need and personal preferences.

Yes we do offer first class post construction window cleaning. Pricing is specific and different from normal window cleaning.  

We refuse to expose our employees to unnecessary risk, so if the weather does not allows us to work safely, in most cases we are rescheduling the work. 

Especially the peak season is very busy, so we generally recommend customers to book our services 10-14 days in advance

E & P  is fully insured. We do background checks on all employees and all employees wear E & P Window Cleaning clothing. We only work with a professional cleaners and we always guarantee our work. Your neighbors and family will see the difference when E & P Window Cleaning has been to your home!
